Year 3 Forest School – Group 1

Year 3 started Forest School with some fun picking blackberries-not to eat but to use to create some rock painting of scenes from their Stone Age Topic. The children loved ‘mushing’ the blackberries to gain the right consistency for a natural paint and searching for the perfect stick to paint with.

We have been lucky to receive a great donation of new climbing ropes and the children thoroughly loved using them to tackle the steep slopes of our setting.
